Refreshing Green Smoothie Recipe
This Refreshing Green Smoothie is wonderful for breakfast or a pre or post workout snack. The pineapple in this recipe makes this smoothie sweet and delicious!
2 cups loosely packed Kale
1 leaf of Collard Greens
2 cups Fresh Pineapple
1/2 inch hunk of fresh peeled ginger
handful of ice
In a large high powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. If necessary, add in some apple juice, pineapple juice or even water to thin the smoothie and blend again. Enjoy!!
